1. Applicant Identification Details

3. Relationship with Kayalar Jewellery

How to Submit Your Request
Once completed, a data subject request may be submitted to Kayalar Jewellery using a method permitted under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the applicable Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller.

Applications may also be submitted through legally recognised electronic methods. Where an applicant wishes to use ordinary email, the request must be sent from an email address previously provided to Kayalar Jewellery and already registered in its records, in accordance with the applicable application procedures.

Other legally permitted electronic submission methods may include registered electronic mail (KEP), a secure electronic signature or a mobile signature, where the relevant requirements and appropriate receiving arrangements are satisfied.

Review and Response Process
Kayalar Jewellery will assess applications submitted in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Under Article 13 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, requests must be concluded as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
Applications are generally handled free of charge. However, where processing a request involves additional costs, charges may apply to the extent permitted by the tariff and requirements established under the relevant legislation.
A response will be communicated to the applicant in writing or electronically, as required by applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, the relevant reasons will be explained in the response.
